At ARC Technology Software we provide our customers with a comprehensive range of
support services to ensure that they get the most from our applications. We work
in partnership with our customers to ensure that we meet their support expectations
and more importantly they meet their business objectives. A recent customer survey
indicated that the emphasis that we place on providing high quality support is paying
off with 94% of respondents rating our support services as Good or Excellent.
Excellence in our customer service is one key fundamental objective of our company.
Our technical team have mastered a system for dealing and recording customer requests,
in order to audit our service, and ensure speed and efficiency in response to customer
requests. Support calls can be logged either by phoning ARC or by logging onto our
WEB support site and creating the job both will result in a job reference number.
This number should be used in all communications with the user. All resolutions
are recorded in the call logging system, printouts are available on request.
Our service includes access to our telephone support helpdesk Monday to Friday 9.00am
to 5.30pm, remote support, statutory upgrade and standard enhancements to the system
all covered by the annual support contract. Further details of our support services
